Default Maf Table Dialed In, but a few ???s

First off, I have a 232/234 cam with headers, lid, stock maf, ported tb, and stock ls1 intake with a pulley and gears.

I've got the VE table nailed down and the maf calibrated, I just have a few questions.

I just bought an LS6 intake; in order to tune the ltfts will I just need to set maf fail to 0 and adjust the VE table and not have to mess with the maf table anymore? I'm assuming that once its calibrated, anything modified after it wont affect it right?

Also, at WOT my air/fuel numbers show up in the 95kpa cells. I'm under the impression that it should show up in the 100 cells. Do I have a problem that is causing it to report at the 95 cells?
