surging in OD under 1200 rpms
surging in OD under 1200 rpms when coming to a stop the car starts surging when the rpms are at about 1000-1100 but thats the only time... i have tried messing with the VE and the AIC is about 45... the DAF and the IDAF are consistent with each other...
i just dont know what else to do.

Have you completed your VE tuning? (IE: are you trims settling within the accepted "good" range) That takes away alot of the surge and driveability problems. If you still have negative trims down low then your surging is from a too rich condition and needs further adjusting.
If already accomplished then from there, you can bump the idle some, mess with RAFs, IAC position (although I never had to)
