2000 Z28
what it is every since i got my 2000 Z28 the check engine light has been on.. i have had it checked plenty of times and i always get
-cylinder 3 misfire
-cadalyist coverter below treshold
then the cadalyist one is pending
but i put a new plug in cylinider three and its firing dang good... i dont much of ne thing else that would cause the misfire... the exhaust is stock and pops when idling down once or twice when wormed up... and when cold lots of times......
Just wondering if any of you guys have any suggestions.....

do you know its history??? has it ever been modded???
does it have a descreened or ported MAF or a ported TB??
are there really cats on the vehicle or have they been gutted....
really need to know history on this car to diagnose....
teh catylyst could could be a sign of the cats going bad..or an o2 going bad or the egr or air system not functioning correctly....too rich of a fuel mixture all the time(gas sitting in the cats) maybe killing the cats...
most common popping noises come from an exhaust that has been freed by gutting the cats or by changing the exhaust all together...and not retuning things for the redone exhaust
teh reason I asked where is so that somebody that might be close to you could help you out in person...with some software
