What *should* happen?

What *should* happen? Old set-up: Stock cubes, stock 75mm MAF, 218/224 @ 112 cam. 2.055 x 1.60 heads. Everything big going in (except MAF), Longtubes, 30LB injectors, LS1_Edit modified PCM pretty well set-up to accomodate the situation.
New set-up: 455. 244/244 @ 112, bigger heads, SLP 85mm MAF, 36 LB injectors.
Problem: I don't have immediate access to my shared laptop. Ready to fire up new engine.
What could/should/would happen? Run rich (my guess)? I'd like to bring her to life, but obviously, don't wanna blow my $$$ w/out all the input I can get.

possibly run rich enough at idle to wash your cyl walls possibly destroying them. Possibly wont start...possibly will start with bad idle ...might stall...possibly could run fine and the computer could compensate enough for the larger injectors...personally id wait the few extra days to get the laptop.
