Do I need to do anything to run 28" tires?

Do I need to do anything to run 28" tires? Can't seem to find my answer here: I have been running 26" tires, but want to go 28". Will I need to adjust anything ecm wise? I know its going to set off the ABS lights because of the height difference.
Also I am going to get 3.73 gears soon. I have 3.23 now. If I switch from the 3.23/26" combo to the 3.73/28" combo, what will need to be done? It makes the ratios pretty close to stock with the taller tire/ shorter gear.
