Removing Knock Problems
Crusing: at 55mph running a consistant 37 degrees advance. Part Throttle and at 1428 starts to get 1(.7) degree of knock and it immediatly knocks the advance to 13 it starts to falls to .1 KR by 2573, and the advance goes to 25*.
Then She gives it more gas and at 4099rpms It gets 1* KR and knocks the Advance to 21 from 25. As she climbs Rpms by 4850 KR goes to .04 and knock climbs to 22.5. Still in it now gets 2.7* KR and knocks the Advance to 20. The Kr again lowers to 1.6 at 5867 and advance goes to 24. Car shifts and she lets out she is at 98MPH and then cruises at 95 to 93 and there is no KR and timing is at 34* at 2342RPMS.
Then it looks like she lets of the gas all the way and timing goes to 3* and there is no KR. Then she gets to 80 and gives it gas but not to accelerate and timing goes to 41* and no knock, at 2066 rpms as she holds steady at 79 to 82 the Advance lowers to 25* and no knock. and as she goes from 82 to 88MPH and 2266RPMs Advance goes to 28 to 30 then to 28. Then she lets her foot off the gas completely again and the Advance goes to 41*

For example:
4400 RPM 5 deg KR at .64, 3 deg at .68, 2 deg at .72
Lower KR for the other RPM ranges , all in the .64 to .72 range
I'm guessing your issue is too much timing at 4400-4800 rpm. The stock tune has a valley at that point dropping the timing to 23 degrees or so before climbing to 28. If you have raised the timing at the peak torque, that may be too much for the car. Some cars get away with it, some don't.
