Need Help passing State Inspection.

Need Help passing State Inspection. My car failed 4 times already with the new ODBII type inspection.
I am getting 2 Systems not ready. For my car you are allowed to have 1 System not ready.
Catalyst: Not Ready
and
Evaporation system : Not ready
What can I do?
I have Kooks LT and Cats. Would O2 simulators Help me at all even though I have cats?
How can I get the Evaporation System to work?
If I can get anyone of those I have a chance to pass.
I have no Codes stored and no SES light. The only thing is the car has minor missfire because of the TR6 plugs gapped at .035 for Nitrous.
Help.

drive around for awhile till all the tests pass before you go for inspection, unless you really do have a problem with your diagnostics systems.

Don't know if this will help but all I can think of is http://obdii.com/drivecycle.html So glad we don't have inspections anymore down here.
There are a few things to check if you have LS1 Edit to make sure your tests are set correctly, I passed emissions obdii testing and my catalyst test wasnt complete, but everything else was complete...I checked it all with autotap before i went... if your throwing codes, you definatly wont pass
