Just got and HP tune, still throwing a code?

Just got and HP tune, still throwing a code? i just got my car dynoed/tuned at a shop near me. Main reason i got a tune is because of the hotcam i just put it, i wanted it to run better and also get more performance out of it. I just got it back, it made 362hp and 360 torque, i'm pretty happy with that. I just started my car up today to back it out of the garage to wash it and the check engine light came on. I'm sure it's a P0300 code, random misfire. ill run up to our station and throw a tech 2 on it. My concern is shouldn't this not be happening? still kinda idles shitty on a colderish start. Just need some input/guidance. thanks
depends...if the tuner doesnt see it when they have the car its possible they wouldnt delete the code...if that code was being thrown and he was able to view the history & knows its just because of the cam he shouldve deleted it.
