Could these codes be from an exhaust leak?

Could these codes be from an exhaust leak? Ever since I've had my car there have been 2 codes for my catalytic converters so I pulled my cats off a few weeks ago and found out they were gutted. I bolted them back on and I noticed a small exhaust leak. I haven't had a chance to figure out where it's coming from but I checked my trouble codes today and there are 2 new ones... P0151 and P1153. Could those be from the exhaust leak or did I possibly damage an O2 sensor when I took off my cats?
Which O2 sensor is Bank 2 Sensor 1? Is that the rear one on the driver's side?

I am having the same codes right now. I think that we need to buy some new corvette o2's(REAR o2's) and swap the front o2's out with those. Can someone give some insight to this please. I believe Bosch carries these o2's and they are the 13111's.
