cam and check engine light

cam and check engine light I know the computer will throw some codes after the cam swap my ? is after I get it tuned will the codes go away. I don't know what they are yet. also if the check engine is going to remain on all the time after the cam is there any way to unhook or make it go away. I can't stand looking at the light.
