no I am running ppc long tube headers with random tech high flow cat's and flow master cat back system with vortech v-9 intercooled system at 9 pounds of boost. Prior to installing the supercharger I had a bad plug and was misfiring for about 10 miles and I think I damaged bank 2 converter. Do you recommend anything, I ordered a new converter for that side. what would be triping the heater performance codes since the system is intercooled and is there any thing I can do about it.

Long tubes usually cause these codes(heater performance) you'll see the 1153 code as well in do time...insufficient switching...turn the codes off with HPT or some other editing software. Not sure about the catalysts codes.

^^^ do not turn the codes off for the front O2 sensors (B1 is Driver side, B2 is passenger, S1 is front sensor, S2 is rear sensor) ... you want these to be operating properly ....

Yes, many have done that, but tuning can do the same as o2 sims, eliminating sensor 2 (rear)codes on both banks, Horist is right, dont mess with sensor 1 codes on either bank, bad. Vortech blower, no tuning? If you do not, you should, subtract the $100 dollars or so you will spend on o2 sims and you are that much closer.
