Default shifting based on rpms alone

Is there a way to tune with HP to command shifts based on rpms alone instead of rpms and speed

Set your WOT shift speed at a lower then expected shift speed vs. the rpms. For example: set 1 -> 2 to 25, where your shift rpm would be 6000 for a 4L60E equipped, 3.23 geared vehicle with 25.66" tires. Both elements (rpm and speed) must be met for the computer to enable the shift.
