Keith and HPTuners customer service is second to none. I originally purchased my HPTuners tuning cable and software for two select vehicles (which is a deal in itself) and apparently I selected the wrong secondary vehicle as I was planning for the future. When I finally took possession of my 05 Silverado I realized the error and Keith promptly did me right. Not only is HPTuners user friendly for the mentally impaired (ME!), but the support is awesome. I feel blessed to have chosen them as my tuning resource.
