do i need a tune?
I just purchased a moser 12 bolt with 373 for my 2000 ws6 A4. Will my part throttle shifts be ok along with my wide open throttle? I have a predator any help is greatly appericiated

You'll need to correct the speedo and your shift mph settings with your Predator. http://www.f-body.org/gears should be a helpful site in helping you figure out where you need to be.

depends on how you correct the speedo...
w/the 3.73 gear you're going to be at a higher RPM for each MPH ... the PCM uses MPH and RPM to determine when to shift at WOT (and TPS + MPH for part throttle)
HP Tuners has the ability built in that when the final ratio is changed, it'll scale all the A4 tables appropriately so you don't need to manually update each
Say right now you're 40mph for 1-2 shift WOT at 6000 RPM ... well now w/the new gear at 6000RPM you may only be 38mph ... so now you're shifting at a higher RPM cause it won't shift till it hits 40 ... (numbers are theoretical) so you'll want the A4 shift tables modifed too (but as mentioned above, at least w/HP Tuners it'll do it for you if youw ant, any tuner should also be able to scale these tables appropriately)
