Wiring harness/ECM question

About to swap the drivetrain out of a totalled 99 T/A into a 2000 T/A...any difference in computer/wiring/sensors I should know about? The 2000 still has the wiring and computer, just no m/t...should I just transplant the whole wiring setup from the 99, or use the 2000 setup(concerned that there may be some damaged wires on the 99 from it being wrecked). If the wiring isn't damaged, I'll probably have an extra ecm & wiring setup for sale.

They are identical. and so are the computers. Ill buy the harness from you also when you pull it out..

Next weekend I should have the engine/drivetrain out and I'll inspect the computer and wiring harness. If I don't need the extra computer, I'll probably sell it too. You can check me out as a "seller" by my eBay ratings(look up transamjunkie).
