Desired Torque only 350?
Desired Torque only 350? Hey guys I have an FM13 cam and ALL of the supporting mods. I made a post a few weeks ago in the Internal Engine forum about potential problems with the power output. About a week ago a friend ran AutoTap on the car and noticed that my desired torque is at 350. Does this mean that the PCM is limiting the car to putting out that much power? Two friends of mine, one with a cam only ls1 and the other with heads/cam ls1, have their desired torque set in the high 600s.
So basically the question I'm asking is: Is the reason my power sucks because my computer is limiting output, or is it something else.
The reason this makes a lot of sense to me is because the car put down just over 350 tq to the wheels. So maybe the computer wasn't letting it put down any more. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You'd need to view timing logs to see if it was pulling timing. Go ahead and raise it to 640 along with zero'ing out all the other tq reduction tables, that is if you want torque management completly gone. I set mine to 450.
