Default Help with Trans tuning!

I have a 98 camaro with a 4L60E, it is a stage 3 build from Coan racing. Here is my problem, when I am at the track and launch the car from a complete stop as soon as it shifts into 3rd gear it bogs down like it is pulling timing or something. I took all of the torque management out of it and it still does it. Unless there is something that I am missing. It only does it at the track, if I am on the street and punch it in 2nd at about 40 mph and shift it into 3rd it shifts perfectly fine. Any help or info would be appreciated, thanks Mike.

Make sure you disable engine abuse mode as well as torque management and trans abuse mode...

Ditto.

Do you have a log of the run we could look at?

I don't have a log of it at this moment, but I am going to have one next time I go to the track. Are those things you guys talk about in the trans section or engine section on edit? And when you say disable do you mean just turn it off or set everything to zero? Haven't really looked at it that much. Thanks Mike

I never thought that it could be the converter, but it does make sense though. I never thought that because I thought that the converter wouldn't lock up in WOT. I will have to try that. Thanks for the help guys. Mike

Thats only on the trucks. On an fbody, anything over 80% tps for 3rd gear lockup is 256mph. so that can't be the problem.

I'm looking at a 2000 Corvette Coupe A4. The A4 Shift Firmness tab abuse mode values are stock (255 mph, 4800 rpm, 26% tps), but the torque reduction table is zero'd out. There is also an Upshift Torque Reduction table that is zero'd out.

Any else need to be taken care of?
