Using HP Tuners to tune out Codes
Find the ones related to the sensors you don't have (EGR, AIR, and Bank 1 and 2 sensor 2)
Set it to "Does not report error"
and that's it...
did this on my car a month ago and passed emissions flying colors
I disabled all the codes as stated above. Got 3-4 cold starts, 3-4 hot starts and 30 miles driving and all but 1 readiness test passed.
You may want to post up in the local section to see if anyone near you has a scanner that can read readiness tests... also if it's someone w/HP Tuners for your car, if you can get them to read the PCM and verify the changes (or send me the .bin and I can go over it)

yup... so long as the scanner says the readiness tests are completed... that's what the emissions peops will see....
I've heard a few times in the past that you could set the codes to off and it'd still pass... but my first time doing it I just set them to does not set code and it worked so never tried w/setting the codes to off
Good reason to keep older cars.
