ive got the new hp tuners 1 bar sd so i can use the primary table and it seems to be doing better, acting better and smoother, prob cause the table can be fine tuned better?

Con: The A4 98's (O.S. 9352082) revert to maximum line pressure when trying to run with the MAF unplugged, or set to Fail at 0......

Supposedly HPTuners has some way to fix this, but I never got a response on their board....

I know all the huge horsepower Supras run speed density with the AEM or back a few years ago the VPC and GCC combo were used to convert to speed density. On a highly boosted car, it's an absolute must. For a massive cam, like a Futral 275/286 .793/.793 108 LSA solid roller in a 408, SD helps idle and driveability a LOT.

I never understood why the programmers would do that. You would think it would revert to the least, because you pretty much end up in limp mode. Very odd.

Me either...98's seem to be the only ones that do it, from what I've read....I sent an email with my .bin file to HPTuners support, so we will see what happens. I'll make sure to post up how they handle it...
