loosing idle learn?

loosing idle learn? i posted about having probls with my car not running right a few days back..i reset the computer..(unhooked for an hour or so) the car started up and started idleing great...it seemed to learn it and idled right where it should..it drove great all after that and this morning..well after about 30 miles on teh car..boom..now its running like crap again..wont even idle while hot at all...i know it desperately needs a tune but it was running and idling so why would it just quit like it forgot it? i mean it will die..i will start it up and not touch the gas and it will just fire up and then immediatley die...not even a sputter just up and die..have to throttle teh gas to get it to run..then i let off the gas then boom dies..what gives..
