Default Tuning parameter margin with similar cams

I currently have a 224/220, .581/.581 116lsa (straight up)

would my tune for this cam be compatible if I swapped to a
225/225, .589/.589 114lsa + 2 or a
224/230, .588/.592 114 +1 lsa

thanks

It wont be optimal, but should be close enough to make for reasonable "pretuning" driving safe and relatively quicker final tuning.

That is what I'm thinking.
Man, I better learn HPT pretty quick.
Are the fuel adjustment tables more affected by intake durations or range of power (lsa)?
