Default 02s, Evap read incomplete

Made some programming changes, flashed my PCM with the new program then went for an inspection. They said my 02's and Evap were not ready. Came back home ran a DTC check and sure enough for the 02's and Evaporative System I got an incomplete message. What do I do to get the ready message? Will driving it 50+ miles ready these codes? Is that the only way?

My SES light is off.

Evap may take that long or even longer. o2's usually were complete after a couple of cold starts.

i'm having the same problem, my EVAP, catalyst, & O2 heaters are not ready and i can only have 2 not ready. I've gone through 2 tanks of gas since and they still aren't ready. Looks like I'm gonna need to get my rear O2s tuned out so I'll only have 1 not ready. What's wierd is last year my only not ready was catalyst so I know they will get ready but I dont have a year to wait!
