Need tuning or bad converter?
Need tuning or bad converter? I got an 01 Forumula with a PT 4400 and a A4 that is built and has about 20k miles on it. The car use to lock up at 35 mph with little throttle and now it doesnt. It locked up this morning going to work but on the way home it would not lock up at all, it is like it is trying to and drops a 100rpm or so but thats it, nothing like it use to. Sometimes it does not even lock up at all, if the car does this then it usually does not even drop at all, but now it tries to it seems like. Just went on about a 10 mile drive to see if it would lock up and nope same thing. Do yall thing it is the tranny, converteror tuning? Sorry if i confused anyone kinda hard to explain!

You might need to desensitize your knock thresholds since you have installed a cam. They will cause your converter to do very weird things.
