Cam tuning?

Do you guys think I would be crazy to put my F13 in without tuning for maybe a month?Would there be a chance of it running lean or anything bad?I know I should wait but its killing me and I have to go a long ways to get tuning.

You can if you like, but just don't get on the car. It might not idle properly or drive very well either. I would say to wait, but I know how hard that is.
