p1154 and p0153

p1154 and p0153 my buddies and i installed lt's last week and i had the egr system deleted, the rear o2 sensors, and the 1133 and 1153 codes deleted. tonight my car through 2 codes. p1154 h02s1(transition time ratio, bank 2 sensor 1) and p0153 (o2 sensor circuit slow response, bank 2 sensor 1). this is the passenger side front o2 sensor i'm assuming. what do these 2 codes mean and how can i fix the problem? do i need a new o2 sensor up front on the passenger side? do i need to have more codes deleted? i'm confused. thanks
