Does flashscan have the ablility to unlock a PCM?

Does flashscan have the ablility to unlock a PCM?

like the title says, I'm just wondering since my flashscan has not come in the mail yet.

You can lock a PCM with the personal version, but the Personal version can unlock one if you provide the correct password.

From the manual:

Locking a PCM is currently only available to Commercial and Workshop versions of EFILive. Unlocking a PCM is available in all versions of EFILive.
