Hp Tuner Customer Service How long do you have to wait to get a tuner kit
I ordered 2 weeks ago Have not heard anything can't get a hold of anyone is there someone I can talk too. Thanks for your help

have you emailed sales? They usually reply within a day or two. Once the order is placed and payment clears they send the order to casper electronics, which then ships the cable and has UPS send a shipping number via email.

just my two cents - two weeks is not long. Also have you e-mailed them and asked about delivery. They generally respond within two days to any of my questions.

Just make sure you e-mail the proper e-mail address.
We list our sales e-mail address as our shipping contact on the contact us page but we still do get a lot of e-mails regarding shipping that go to support. That does add to the delay time.
If you e-mail sales directly though you should have a response the same day.
