can sombody explain to me where the map sensor is? do i have to take the intake of to see it?

 

It's on the back of the intake, like where the throttlebody is but on the opposite side. You'd have to pull the intake to see it.

 

It's the black thin plastic sensor attached to the rear of the intake manifold. Like P Mack said, you will need to pull the intake to get to it. Be careful of the oil sending unit which is also at the rear of the motor. It is possible to break that when pulling the intake off.
