2 altenators dead in 2 days!!!
2 altenators dead in 2 days!!! Well the Check gauges light came on thursday night and the volt gauge was dropin. Pulled over and checked all teh connections and everything seems fine. Go home take a better look and there is no wires with any issues anywhere. Friday i get a new alt adn put it on and all is fine. Took the car out tonight to beat around adn 5 minutes into the drive, and about 10 minutes of drivetime on the new altenator since installed, the light comes on again. Go home check it all out thinkin maybe somethign isnt on tight or right but all is well.
So im sure ill get the "there is a bad ground" or "somehtign is grounding out". Well i checked every wire that is modified or close to the exhaust and i see nothign.
Is there a fuse i can check? I was trying to find one but i dont see any marked anyhign to do with teh altenator.
The only things that i have done in teh past couple days was calibrate the wideband O2 sensor. Before that its been 2 weeks since i messed with anything. Im gonna take it to autozone tomorrow to make sure that the new alt is not functioning. Any ideas would be great!

It is a delphi altenator from a local auto parts place.
The battery is a ac delco.
the battery is definatly good so im lost. I looked more today and nothing. I have a lifetime warrenty on teh alt so im gonan get a new one on monday but if it breaks another one i might get questioned. Thanks for the help guys
