Does misfiring = hp lose?

Does misfiring = hp lose? Just wondering though its probably a stupid question.
Im having multiple misfiring so Id guess this would cause a decent amount of hp lost, correct?
Im about to have the o2 sensors replaced so Im hoping that will fix it!

I had the same problem this week, car kept misfiring so I changed out the O2 sensors, but the problem was still there. Turned out to be two bad spark plug wires, hope this helps.
