Help! Very confused

Help! Very confused I dont understand what is going on. I just put my new motor in and I have been tuning on it for a while, but..... my converter is acting up.
When my AC is on, the converter locks up like it should. right speed/tps.
When the AC is off, i have to drive it for about two solid minutes before it wants to lock up. By saying solid minutes i mean, no complete stops.
Also when i go into the scanner mode, i can turn the TCC solonoid and the Pwm solonoid on and off to make sure they are working right, they are.
I dont know what the hell is wrong with the thing. Any help is welcome.
Oh I have a built 4l60e with a vigilante 3200 converter in it.
