Tune For Converter

Hey guys I just got my car out the shop yesterday. 24k Tranny cooler, transgo shift kit, vig 3200 converter. Here is the problem at WOT right AFTER it hits second gear the car stops going fast and sounds like its not geting any gas. But if I take my foot off the gas for just a second then hurry up and get back on it then it does not do that. I was wondering if its a fuel pump problem. no codes

does it shift out of second or does it hit the limiter in 2nd?

If you have traction control, turn it off.
Hold on tight after that, the car will spin hard at the shift point.
