How do I retard timing with the Diablo Predator?

How do I retard timing with the Diablo Predator? I have searched and am not getting exactly what I need. I need to know which parameters to adjust and how much so. I want to go from a 100 shot to 150 and don't want to do it until I know how to pull some timing.
P.S. how do I get my predator to link up with my pc? It keeps telling me "XMODEM timeout" and I have downloaded the interface from Diablosport so any help will be appreciated.
