Try this link to look up the code.
http://www.obdii.com/codes.asp
I see it as "Driver 5" but I have no idea what that is.
You can also use this link to see what type of code it is, but it doesn't get very specific.

Found this in about 3 seconds on Google:

How the Diagnostic Trouble Code is created: A DTC is made up of 5 digits. The chart below shows the composition of a DTC. With this information you can easily determine what system to trouble shoot without knowing the exact description of the code.

| | | |
| | | |
B Body ----------+ | | +-- Fault (00 to 99)
C Chassis -------+ | |
P Powertrain ----+ | |
U Network -------+ | +------ 1 Fuel & Air Metering
| +------ 2 Fuel & Air Metering (Injector)
| +------ 3 Ignition System or Misfire
0 SAE --------------+ +------ 4 Auxiliary Emission Controls
1 MFG --------------+ +------ 5 Vehicle Speed & Idle Control System
+------ 6 Computer Output Citcuit
+------ 7 Transmission
+------ 8 Transmission
+------ 9 Reserved
+------ 0 Reserved

Using the Cadillac on-board diagnostic display you'll also see "IP" for the IPC instrument panel, "AC" for the air conditioning module, "TC" for traction control, "RS" for the road suspension system, "SD" for the air bags, "PZ" for the body control module, "CC" for the cell phone and "RF" for the integrated radio.

and about 2 seconds later:

P1680 - Driver 5 (ECU Malfunction)

results of google search "OBD2 P1680"
here's the link: http://myweb.accessus.net/~090/dtcobd2p.html

Edit:
Format of the above chart is off, but it looks right on the link

Googled P1680 OBD2 and came up with - P1680 Metering Oil Pump Malfunction

Also - Anything above P1000 will be Manufacturer specific and may not match the ones listed here.

Thanks,
All I can find is Driver 5 too. I can't figure out if I should take it in or not. I haven't a clue what Driver 5 is either....
