air system questions Where is relay "B" located?
"A" is in the underhood relay block, or did I mix them up?
I keep getting P0418. P0410 sets too, but I think its becuase the first code is there for a while. I replaced the relay in the underhood box once. Fixed it for a few weeks, then it came back. Replaced the relay again, worked for 3 days then came back. Replaced relay for final time and it did not fix it this time around. I swapped it with the fuel pump relay, and that didnt fix it.
So, whats going on. Its seems it isnt the relay, so what sends the signal to the relay to switch? I have some haynes manual, but the wiring diagrams only go up to '99, and my car is a '01, and I know the AIR systems are different.
Any help is appreciated.
Or better yet, if anyone in my area has tuning software to simply delete the AIR codes, that would be great. I hate having the SES light on, it annoys me. I'd gladly throw 20 bucks your way to delete the codes.
I live in Eastpointe, MI, which is about 5min north of Detroit, about 2 min from the I94-I696 interchange.
