i have a lt1 out of a 95 corvette i have been told that it is a obdII and i have also been told that it is a obdI with a obII diagnostics output......i need to know what it is so i know what trans i can use cuase it isnt in the same car i am outting it into a 64 nova.....I NEED HELP!!!!!!

 

95's should be OBD1 with the trapizoid OBD2 plug.

Do you mean the connector that is right under the dash? The car is deinatly a OBD1. GL

I meant for the diagnostic plug under the dash to be trapiziod (like the OBD2 cars). The four plugs where the PCM plugs into the wiring harness will be the same as the OBD1 cars.

 

i dont have the car so i cant look under the dash lol.......but i actually found a website that tells you what it is if you have the numbers of the comp
