Can you completely disable the LTIT and STIT

Can you completely disable the LTIT and STIT idle trim? I want to try and tune this thing with the bare mininum, just RAF and basic tables.

I think you can by zeroing out the STIT maximum adjustment.

I personally wish there was a VCM control to reset the LTIT on demand.
