OK if the car is pretty responsive and you are getting good AFR (have you done a wideband O2 log?) I only have two ideas left.
1) you have a leak in the exhaust before the O2 sensors which evn though your are running very rich pre O2 the extra air is giving you a good AFR reading.
2) you have a fuel leak
Just to be safe though I would do a compression check and do a log of your timing to make sure there is nothing weird.
