Default Please help* chitty,chitty,bang,bang!

i've been chasing this 0300 random miss for a while now.
2000 C5 A4
Mods before skip are 3.42's, 2800 TC, LT's w/cats, Z06 Ti catback, vararam, and Predator. All mods installed w/ no issues for a few thousand miles.

Mod done just before skip is smooth coupler.

Mods since skip are MSD wires, NGK Ir plugs, velocity stack, and a mail order tune by Vette Docs

Started after swopping to a "smooth" coupler, went back to the original.
Had insuff switch in front o2's, replaced them.
IAT sensor failed, replaced it.
Replaced plugs, wires (made sure of clicks), fuel filter
Cleaned grounds

Just checked codes again P0113, P1111, P0300

Did you do a crank posistion relearn on the computer? If you ever change the rotating mass, including a torque converter, then you need to have it done. The missfires may be fake, but the computer thinks they are real because of it having bad data.
