Bad idea to drive without a tune?

Bad idea to drive without a tune? Basicaly I want to know if I'm going to hurt anything if I drive my car about 50-80 miles before I get it tuned. It's been sitting for a month waiting for a Y-pipe 
Now that I have the missing part I'd like to take it for a ride this weekend before it goes to the shop. This is some of the big stuff I did, cam 232-234/112, LT's, ORY. It has some trouble finding idle, bucks a little ect. So am I O.K. to DRIVE IT or NOT??

You can drive it without a tune, but keep in mind it won't run good. Mine liked to die when coasting to a stop sometimes, so be careful. I also would not hammer it unless you have a wideband to monitor AFR. Don't want to ruin your newly modded engine.
