Default rev limit in p/n?

ok so a while back i read about someone making a 2 step with a 6 speed car using the p/n fuel cutoff. well i put mine down to 2000/1999 and it didnt work? i reved right past 2000 rpm without any problem and i was sitting still. is there aynthign else that needs to be changed?

ok i think in found it, but in the in gear selection, after 6th gear there are 2 open spots for rpm cutoff with dashes, what are those cells for?

i thought i read it doesnt work in ls1 tuning...in v6's you can just set the park neutral up and it works...but not in their v8 counterparts.

i just did it and it worked, it kinda is slow though thats the only thing, itll go to about 2150 then down to about 1800 when its set for 2000/1999, but it works

yeah i was reading on it. does yours respond fast or does it go back and forth a few hundred rpm? the only problem is its a fuel shut off and not spark so it will rev too high and then dip too low. the reaction is slow
