Weird issue that doesn't make sense

Weird issue that doesn't make sense I have been tuning in open loop and all has good. I monitor the % difference from 1.13 commanded. Well at the track two weeks ago I was monitoring it and from 5600rpm - 7000rpm in the 95kpa range, my % off was only -1 but when I switched to the wideband a/f window, it showed it was running 11.9 -12.1 range but all the other was around 12.9 - 13.0 range. I verified that the whole commanded range was set to 1.13. Any clue to what has been going on?

I just did a search on HPTuners web site. I gues the computer tries to assume what is going on and dumps fuel thinking the cats are heating up. I wonder how much more power I will get back, I am going to guess a good bit.
