Default no start problem

I thought it was that awful passlock garbage. I turn the key and i have decents volts but when i turn the ignition i get nothing. i tried both sets of keys and still no luck. any suggestions? any way around it to get it to the dealer atleast? Its been 2 days already, luckily its in my garage.
I think it isnt the security any longer. Maybe a fuse or something? Anyone have any ideas?

Headlights will come on at what looks like full power?

Security light on or off in the cluster?

Automatic? Car is definitely all the way up in park?
Manual? Clutch is all the way down?

its manual and i mashed the clutch pedal. Volts are good and i even jumped it just in case. The security light blinks on one set of keys and the other its steady light and then goes away. Is there a clutch pedal sensor i can check? I checked most fuses.
