Fan switch

At what temp. does the low and hi fan turn on on a 2001 6spd. computer, and does the computer send out a power signal or a ground signal to the wires?

the computer sends out a ground signal.

temps are somewhere north of the 225 degrees, at least on 98 cars they are.
