99 C5 egr?

I have a 99 Corvette - just got HP Tuners and started toying with it...

I have an LS6 intake I will be putting on soon, so I was looking into disabling the EGR.
I just read the stock VCM and it appears to already be disabled! Radio button is "off", diagnostic codes are all disabled and the spark table is zeroed.

Did they come this way from the factory???

I downloaded another "stock" bin and it was zeroed also.

Just seems odd for the system to be on the car, but not be enabled....

Can you take a picture of your vehicle showing EGR?

no C5 that I am aware of has EGR. They do have an air setup, but not EGR, which is why the EGR button is off.
