the WB confirmed that it was rich, my pulse width is about 1.8 ms, and the min pulse width is set to 1.003. any ideas?

Now I just have to go fix the low end of the VE table I screwed up so bad trying to overcompensate

Thanks for the tip SmokingWS6! I am glad I wasn't too stubborn to not try your suggestion.
Glad to hear it worked out, there's always that hidden table that causes all the trouble.

Now about that beer

even with the short pulse adder added to the min pulse width its going to about 1.1 or so, but the car is staying 1.8-1.9 no matter how much fuel i pull out. im just having a hard time seeing this. i already have values in the VE table in the teens

J- you running 60# injectors?
if so I will just send you my current .bin and you can cut and paste what you want or just try it out.
should work just dandy for 9psi or less on 91 octane.
it's not optimal at this point but it's pretty good.

only thing I did to finally get it in line was as I said changed the min pulsewidth to 1.003

other than that, standard tuning and making sure I didn't have any vacum leaks, my o2's were good, no exhaust leaks, etc...
