Cold start issue and surging when giving lightgas in first

Cold start issue and surging when giving lightgas in first i got my car tuned and i am very happy with the results.
i have great power and the car drives like stock for the most part
it is tuned in closed loop and the idle is set at 850 and its a 6speed
the only problems im having with the car are on cold start the cars idle will surge hard for like 30 seconds or more it it is colder outside. once it finds idle and warms up no more surging at idle. i liek to get rid of that if i could.
another problem is that even when warm with very light gas in 1st gear i get some buckin but not very bad and as soon as you add a lil more gas it stops.
one more problem is that if i keep the car in gear when im stoppin and i let the rpms get a lil low the idle will stay at like 600 and have to get on the gas to pull it out and the throttle responce when this happens is bad
other then these small thing though i am happy
i will be gettin hp tuners very soon and i would liek to take care of this problem myself if i could
