very odd airflow numbers, issues when adding air

very odd airflow numbers, issues when adding air well for one, i can increase my friction airflow and it does absolutely nothing to the car. i still see +2 on the trims on start up.
going down the road then stoped at a light, fan 2 kicks in, it says i have 0.8 g/sec too much. then when i am at a stand still turn the fans on with the parameters in hp tuners and the airflow says +0.60 g/sec. when i turn the fans on and off liek that does it apply airflow changes? caseu im not seeing it. i set fan two to +1.5 g/sec and it did nothing.
