Adding PE = No Effect
Was on the dyno checking AFR. At 4000 it was 12:1 so added 5% to the PE table @ 4000. No change in AFR. Then added another 10% then 15%. Still no change. Everywhere else I had no problem changing the AFR.
What am I missing?

TPS is 26%, RPM delay is default (and I understand it has no effect). MAP is also default. It must be going into PE, otherwise why would go to 12:1?? Didn't have the problem on the last engine.
WOT pass on a Dyno Dynamics and DynoJet
And yes I do want it richer.

What about fuel pressure? vac/boost referenced regulator? Did you log the inj duty cycle?
Never seen this problem before unless the injectors are maxed, but it really doesn't sound like they would be on your setup.

I know they are not maxed out, didn't have a problem dropping the AFR @ 6300 from 12:1 to 11:1
