Speedometer synch problem!!

Speedometer synch problem!! I don't know if it's the right place for this thread, but:
I replaced my instruments cluster (200 mph, C5) with
an export Z06 version with the 300 mph scale...
Since then if I set the speedometer in mph I have the HUD and the display of the air conditioner in kmh and C°, otherwise if I set it in kmh the hud and the ac goes to mph and F°. What it's happened?
I tought that it's due to having left the bcm in kmh and C° before swapping the clusters, with the new one probably been set in mph.... could it be right??
